Guide to Interpreting

If you are a little unsure about what type of interpreter you need and need a little guidance, we are here to help you.

Interpreters work with spoken words as opposed to written words, in a particular setting, from one language combination to another. This is unlike translation which deals purely with written texts. Like translation, it is an art in itself. Interpreting requiring high levels of concentration, strong subject knowledge and optimum oral fluency, it is an intense profession.

At Planet Veritas we work with over 5,500 linguists worldwide so we have a wide choice of interpreters to choose from. Each one is thoroughly vetted and cleared for security purposes. To give you an idea, around 90% of linguists who apply to us are unsuccessful as they just aren’t good enough!
