Globally recognised for quality and professionalism

Planet Veritas is a language services provider managed by fully trained linguists, so vetting our linguists is very important to us. All our in-house Project Managers are language graduates. This gives us a profound academic awareness of the process of translation and interpreting and means we are ideally placed to offer our customers the very best service and advice. We understand what to look for in a translator. Having translated and spoken other languages, we fully understand the skills involved. We are all qualified language geeks!

We demand quality, excellence and reliability

All prospective translators submit an up-to-date CV, requesting to work for us.

Our translators and interpreters must provide example translations for each sector they claim expertise in, which are then checked by our in-house Project Managers to confirm that they are to our expected standard.

Our translators and interpreters must be qualified to degree level in languages.

Many of our translators and interpreters have spent years developing specialisms or have had careers in specialist fields making us your go to company for all your language needs!

All our translators and interpreters are true professionals and must have at least 5 years’ experience in the language industry and in their chosen field.

As native speakers our translators and interpreters have full local knowledge of their language so are best placed to reflect the cultural nuances of your project.

Our translators and interpreters are all native speakers of their language and always work into their mother tongue. This is to ensure consistency, accuracy and the highest quality standards in their work as well as cultural understanding and minute nuances in meaning, and of course, knowing when to use vocabulary appropriately.

We fully understand that your documents may contain highly confidential information. This is why our linguists are obliged to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) when they join our team to ensure that the content of your documents remains private, guaranteeing your peace of mind.

As part of our recruitment process we analyse their specialist skills and background so that we can be sure that our translators and interpreters reach the high standard we expect in specialist fields, such as medicine, legal, financial and pharmaceutical and evidence of specialist knowledge is expected always.

We expect our translators and interpreters to be members of professional associations relating to language organisations which maintain standards across the language service industry, for example CIOL, ITI, ATA or IOL.

Planet Veritas has been awarded both the International Standard 9001:2008 industry standard and the ISO 17100:2015 translation–specific standard.

These assessments act as a benchmark to gauge the quality of our business, and our certification demonstrates our ability to consistently provide a product that meets our customers’ needs, as well as all regulatory requirements.
